Century convenes the Villages at Cabrillo Collaborative (VACC), a group of 11 on-site partners and numerous off-site partners that serve as a leadership advisory body for the entire community. Partners include:

One San Pedro Alliance
The One San Pedro Alliance is an emerging group of partners who will help to inform the design and services provided for the residents of the Rancho San Pedro Housing Community.
Leadership Development
Building the capacity of residents to “own” their community is key to the quality and vibrancy of our places. Century works closely with residents to gather their feedback and incorporate their ideas into every aspect of our communities from building design to the complement of services we provide. In addition, residents play critical roles in maintaining the safety of their neighborhood through community watch, Town Halls and Coffee Talks.
Resident Led Activities
Residents are leading activities like yoga, meditation, gardening, karaoke, mentorship and much more. Our community development approach values and incorporates resident gifts to create intentional and active communities.
